FREE SHIPPING on returns and exchanges within 14 days

 

Step-by-step return guide

  1. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page
  2. Within 3 business days, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to the email provided
  3. Print the label, repackage the product, and drop off in a USPS location
  4. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days

 

 

A few notes:

 

Returns on unused, non-defective products initiated within 14 days of the delivery date have a 5% process fee taken out of the refund, but shipping is free.

 

Exchanges are completely free. You must choose a product of equal or lesser value for your exchange. If there is a difference in price, we will refund you the difference. If you’d like a different product that has a price higher than your original product, please initiate a return and make a new purchase for the new product.


 

    How long do I have to return or exchange my order?

    You will have up to 14 days after delivery of your order to initiate your return or exchange with the form below.

    Can I start a return or exchange even if it’s been more than 14 days since I received my order?

    RETURNS:

    Yes, you will still receive a refund (minus 5% processing fee) but you will be charged for shipping.

    We will deduct the cost of standard USPS shipping from your refund. 

    Returns for products in unused condition but initiated after 14 days of delivery date will receive a full refund (minus 5% processing fee), but buyer will be charged for shipping.

    EXCHANGES:

    No. If you decide to start an exchange after 14 days of delivery, please follow the return process, then create a new order.

    What if I want to return or exchange my product, but I have used it already?

    RETURNS:

    We’ll take it, but you’ll only receive a 50% refund (minus 5% processing fee subtracted after 50% is taken off).

    Returns for products NOT returned in unused condition, and initiated within 14 days of delivery date, will receive a 50% refund and free shipping.

    EXCHANGES:

    We do not accept exchanges of used products. Please follow the return process.

    What if my product was defective, or I received the wrong order?

    That’s on us!

    You’ll have 30 days after delivery to return the item – full refund, no processing fee, no shipping costs.

    If you’d like to exchange for a different item within 30 days, let us know in the contact form. It will be free.

    After 30 days, we’ll still give you a refund and cover shipping, but we’ll take out the 5% processing fee. We will not accept exchanges after 30 days. If you’d like to exchange after 30 days, please follow the return process, then create a new order.

    Returns or exchanges due to defect or for an order that was not fulfilled properly, are completely free, within 30 days of delivery date.

    Returns due to defect or for an order that was not fulfilled properly, initiated after 30 days of delivery date, will be subject to the 5% processing fee (shipping will be free).

    Is there a cutoff for returns?

    We will not accept any type of return after 90 days or more.

    Do you accept returns or exchanges for products that are on sale?
